Panasonic and Sony developed many brand names as well as simplified versions of AVCHD for their professional.
AVCHD Lite Edition
AVCHD Lite is an AVCHD format subset that was released in January 2009 and is limited to 720p60, 720p50 and 720p24 and does not use Multiview Video Coding. AVCHD Lite cameras repeat each 25fps/30fps video frame acquired by camera sensor, delivering 720p50/720p60 bitstream compatible with the requirements of AVCHD and Blu-ray Disc.

AVCCAM is not exclusive to the aforementioned features. In addition, Panasonic has removed some of these technologies, such as CCD sensor technology, whereas 24 Mbit / s recording rates are commonly available from rival manufacturers, also on commercial models.
AVCHD Pro-Pro
Panasonic uses "AVCHD Pro" nickname to identify camcorders such as the HDC-MDH1, which incorporates internal consumer parts and body-type controls with shoulder brace. Panasonic alludes that the camcorder is "fit for Full-HD Pro-Style shooting" with shoulder-mount type body being "professionals preferred."
NXCAM
NXCAM is Sony's professional video collection, using the format AVCHD. The NXCAM camcorders offer recording modes 1080i, 1080p, and 720p. Not all NXCAM camcorders offer film-like frame rates — 24p, 25p, 30p — in 720p mode, as opposed to AVCCAM.
